My name is Capt. Suleiman Musa. Iam an ex Nigerian soldier currently on exile in Cote d Ivoire.

I worked with the late Nigerian head of state Gen.Sani Abacha as a member of his special strike force,We reported directly to the then chief security officer, Maj.Hamza Al Mustapha. After the death of the head of state and the ushering in of the civilian government, they started arresting those of us who were close to the late head of state,Gen Abacha. When the new government arrested the former CSO,i knew i would be the next.I escape to Cote d Ivoire for safety.

I came along with USD$ 22 million dollars cash (Twenty TwoMillion dollars). And the rule of this country is that one can not have assess to a bank account unless one has their residential permit.Since i was new then, they was nothing i could do than to sealed the money put it in Two Trunk boxes, and deposited it with the security company, marked family valuble. The political admosphere is hectic for one to continue to stay.Based on this , I solicit for your assistance to:
(1) Could you help me so that we can claim this boxes from the security company and via and via the transfer to your country.

(2) Could you be able to assist me to obtain my travelling papers after this transfer to enable me come over to meet you in your country for the investment of this money?

(3) Could you be able to introduce me to a profitable business venture that would not require much technical expertise in your country where part of this fund willbe invested? Please, all these requirements are urgently needed as it will enable me to establish a stronger business relationship with you hence I will like you to be the general overseer of the investment thereafter. I am a MUSLIM and I will please, want you to handle this transaction based on the trust I have established on you.

For your assistance in this transaction, I have decided to offer you 12% percent commission of the total amount at the end of this business. The security of this business is very important to me and as such,I would like you to keep this business very confidential. I shall expect your urgent reply.

Thanks and God bless you.

SULEIMAN MUSA

Dear Suleiman,

Good to hear from you again buddy! Yeah, I'm a comrade in arm alright, you better believe it! When everyone else over here was busy protesting and hugging trees and shit, I was over there in Nam lying face down in the fuckin' muck while a bunch of gooks were cutting down the surrounding rice paddies with machine gun fire!! And then I gotta come back home in a wheelchair only to have these fuckin' bleeding hearts point fingers and call me a baby killer and shit! What the fuck do they know, hey Suleiman?! They don't know jackshit about what the fuck went down over there, or what it's all about to be a soldier!!

You didn't even have to be on the battlefield to get a taste of death either! One day, I was in the village of Duc Pho to get a haircut. The barber was cutting my hair when suddenly he jumps aside as a fucking gook grabs my rifle, jacks a round into the chamber, puts the muzzle inches from my nose and starts shouting, "NOBODY MOVE!!". I shit my pants, I thought I was dead for sure! Then, he lowered the rifle, handing it to me, and said sternly, "You no do! You no leave weapon alone, ever! No do ever, or you maybe die!" He was in civilian clothes, but turned out to be an officer in the South Vietnamese Army. Sure opened my eyes, that's for fuckin' sure!!! The stories I could tell you!

How about you Suleiman, what kind of shit did you see while you were in action there? I'd love to hear all about it buddy!

Talk to you again soon!

SULEIMLAN.

Dear Suleiman,

Great to hear from you again buddy! Man, you hit the nail on the head when you said if you've never been a soldier, then you're not man enough!! Ain't that the fucking truth!! Fuckin' A!!! Yeah, I've heard some shit about 194 TAXT Force Battalion! Man, you were some real bad motherfuckers! I was in Tiger Force Recon, 101st Airborne Div. You're a good man Suleiman! I tell ya, I sure wish I would've had some men like you in my platoon back in Nam, that's for fuckin' sure! If I did, I sure as shit wouldn't be rollin' my ass around in this fucking wheelchair today!

Christ, even "playtime" was dangerous! We were working out of Veghel Firebase, traveling up into steep country to the west toward A Shau. After we stumbled on a deep and narrow river canyon we came across some old thatched huts along the canyon edge. We started screwing around by throwing grenades into these abandoned huts, playing "combat". Just as the sergeant got on the horn to tell the squad leader to stop fucking around, a couple of us, including me, caught a few fragments of shrapnel in our backs from a "friendly" grenade! Another foot higher, and I wouldn't even be typing this letter to you now brother!

And if that wasn't bad enough, later that day some of the guys decided they wanted to be medivac'ed. We moved up to the ridge line where the scout team had found two huge bomb craters on either side of the ridge, leaving the jungle cleared, so we pulled up to the site, and settled into a perimeter with the 3rd platoon CP at the center. We had had no enemy contact for 4 to 5 days, so things were pretty relaxed. The Huey still couldn't land though, and had hover about 80 ft. above the ground and drop the jungle penetrater. I was last to get hoisted up. Just as I felt my feet leave the ground, a fuckin' cloud of green tracers flew through the canopy and crew area of the Huey. I thought were going down and I'd get smashed like a bug!! Then, one of my fuckin' toes got shot clean off of my foot!! The PVT fired a LAW rocket right into where the green tracers were coming from, and we managed to get the fuck out of there!

I tell you, we should've listened to what our fuckin' mothers had always been telling us about screwing around like that! How about you Suleiman, you must've had a few close calls like that, no?!

You take care brother!

Frank

Hey there Suleiman, are you alright? I hope you haven't gone MIA on me there!! Don't worry, I never leave a soldier behind, I'm here for you buddy!!

As per the picture, our scanning machine develop some minor problem,as soon as we are able to put it in orde,i will send the photograph to you.

please what ever information you get from the security company, endevour to contact me.

Suleiman.

Dear Suleiman,

Great to hear from you again buddy! What a relief, christ, I've lost enough good men over the years! I'd hate to think I had lost you too! Like I said before, I sure wish I had more men like you in my platoon! A lot of the men from my platoon that made it out of Nam alive went on to be mercenaries, the lucky bastards! Man, that's the life, travel around the world and shoot people of other races, and actually get paid for it!

You think you could do me a favor too if I do this shit for you there Suleiman? With all your contacts and pull that you have and what not, you think you could get me some work in the military there? At my age and being in a wheelchair, there's no way in hell I could ever get back in the army here. But I'm sure they're a lot more relaxed about that sort of shit over there! I'm sure there's something I could do....maybe something like firing squad duty? You could wheel my sorry ass out onto the execution yard and I'll shoot those fuckers for you! You don't even need to tie them up and blindfold them or any of that shit, if you could just let them run around loose in the yard that would be fuckin' great! I just need to see some kind of action again!

Talk to ya again soon buddy, and let me know right away what you can do for me there!

Your comrade in arm,
Frank

Esprite de coup,

Suleiman, I hope you haven't gone MIA this time! Are you maybe on a mission? Don't leave me in the dark like this, I'm your comrade in arms here! You never leave a soldier behind!

You said the security company was supposed to contact me, but I haven't heard from anybody yet.

Talk to me brother!

Frank

Mon, 15 Sep 2003 12:22:02 +0200

Dear commrade,

I will go the security company office this morning to comfirm why they have not contacted you. please what ever the tell you, dont fail to give me information.

SULEIMAN.

Dear Suleiman,

Hey, you can definitely count on me to give you information, after all, I was in Force Recon! That was our whole purpose - to go deep behind enemy lines to retrieve information!! We put our lives on the line just for information!

One time, our job was part of a "cordon" operation of Phu Loc. It only had thatch type houses. Infantry Companies, both our own and others surrounded the town day and night. During the day, some of the platoons from the companies, and half the Tigers (us!) would search the inside of the circle, going from house to house looking for caches, supplies and other evidence of VC activity. The other half of the Tigers would rest, or sleep in the schoolhouse, or graveyard, until nightfall.

At dusk, the activity inside the perimeter would cease; we would grab a quick meal, and get a briefing. The rested team would then proceed outside of the perimeter, and move out several hundred yards, in the dark, following a trail or small road, to an ambush site that had been selected by one of the daytime patrols. The ambush site at one time was a fork in a trail, in thickly wooded terrain. The team was dispersed into small teams of two, with one M-60 Machine gun set up on the right leg of the trail.

My best buddy, Ron James, and I snuck out into the dark up the left leg of the trail to set up Claymore mines and trip flares. While waiting at the position (left trail), our sergeant heard a man at the M-60 position (right trail) shout "GOOKS!!!!!" A short burst from the M-60 sent a cluster of bullets down range. Then a shout of "FREINDLY!!!" rang out, and the sarg hollered "CEASE FIRE!!!" and ran to the machine gun position. There he discovered Ron, instantly dead, and me badly shaken. Somehow we had crossed the area between the two trails, and had come back down the trail guarded by the M-60! Could this have been prevented? I know that's a question I've been asking over and over to the last 35 years!! The shit we did just for a little bit of information! So I tell you, I don't know what I'd do if I lost you too Suleiman, I've lost enough of my comrades already!!

How are you making out with getting a job for me in the military there? Don't let me down buddy!

Your comrade,
Frank

Dear Mr. Usman,

Well, I have friends that work in security, and they've never heard of such an insanely expensive demurrage fee in all their careers!! Are you gouging us because of the amount of money that is being held by you? It shouldn't matter if those boxes are filled with money, or dirty socks, the demurrage fee should still be the same regardless of the contents! I need to talk with Suleiman first and see if he can help me with this. I don't think he realized that it would cost anything, otherwise I'm sure he would've told be about it beforehand. Also, I would like to see a picture of the money first if I am to spend this much on these fees.

Best Regards,
Frank Rizzo

ATTENTION MR FRANK,

I DO HOPE YOU ARE NOT DICTATING HOW THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE RUN OR ARE YOU?MOREOVER,I DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT AS REGARDS THE CONTENTS IN YOUR BOXES.FOR ALL I KNOW IS THAT YOUR PARTNER MR SULEIMAN MUSA DEPOSITED TWO TRUNK BOXES IN OUR CUSTODY,MARKED FAMILY TREASURE, AND IT IS NOT THE DUTY OF THIS COMPANY TO INSPECT ANY BOX(ES) THAT IS BROUGHT FOR DEPOSITION.

I DO HOPE I HAVE MADE MYSELF EXPLANTORY.

THANKS,
MR USMAN BELLO.

Dear Mr. Usman,

That's good to hear that you practice confidentiality with your clients , but what I don't understand is how you even do business there with such an astronomical demurrage fee, especially considering that in Cote d'Ivoire the average annual income is $630 USD!! Seems to me that if someone there puts something into storage with your company, they'll have to wait the rest of their life saving up to get it out! Here, no security company charges any more than $100 USD. You'll have to forgive me, but I'm really confused by how you operate a security business there. Once again, let me talk with Suleiman about it first.

Thanks,
Frank Rizzo

Dear Suleiman,

So I have heard back from the security company, and they want $11, 500 USD to release those boxes of cash!!! Where the fuck am I supposed to come up with that kind of money, hey??!!! Christ, it's not like the job market's been begging for shell-shocked cripples in wheelchairs, so I'm not exactly "Moneybags Frank" here!! Can you help me out with this shit there Suleiman?? Can't you just go over there and pop open one of those boxes and grab a few wads of cash to hand over to these greedy fuckers??!!

Get back to me soon, because they're waiting on me here!

Your comrade,
Frank

Sat, 20 Sep 2003 14:45:32 +0200 (CEST)

Dear Comrade,

Good morning to you.

I have been able to raise about $6.850 U.S. dollar.so all we need now is $4,500 U.S dollar.i wanted to know how much you can be able to help me with or if you wil be able to help me with this remaining balance.i want to assure you that any expenses you will incur in the cause of this transaction will be handsomely paid back along side your percentage after the smooth transfer of this box.

Please i want you to know that this transaction matter to me as this is all that i am left with after all the years and days i serve our former head of state. The rebel are planning another serious offensive since the federal government has refused to impliment the peace accord.i do not want to witness anything again, anyway it is not new,but there is always time for everything.I believe this is the time for rest after much hard work in service.

Please do respond to this mail urgently so that i will know much you could be able to assist me with.

Remain blesssed in the Lord.

Yours Comrade in arm,

Suleiman

Dear Suleiman,

Why didn't you tell me the rebels are planning to attack?! Man, I'm there for you guys! I told you, I'll do anything! You may not want to witness anything again, but I'm dying to see some action one last time! You still haven't told me yet if you can line me up with a job in the military there. Just wheel me into a good position when they strike, and I'll shoot some fuckin' rebels for you guys, no problem!!

I think I can raise $4,500 if I sell off all of my shit and cash in some RRSP's. I'll be left with nothing but the shirt on my back and my wheelchair though. You've gotta promise me some kind of work in the military there if I go this far with it though. Please, talk to some people and see what you can do for me.

Talk to you again soon comrade.

Your buddy,
Frank

Mon, 22 Sep 2003 13:47:43 +0200 (CEST)

Dear Comrade Frank,

It is nice hearing from you.but i do not want us talk about the issue of wheter we want to fight or not.you know war is all about expecially now that we are civilians.i wanted to comfirm when you would be able to raise the money or if you cannot complete it,how much you will be able to raise at the shortest posible time preferably this week so that we can pay the demand of the security company and get this boxes containing the money claimed.like i use to tell you,i will pay you back all expenses you will incur in this transaction together your percentage within the 24 hours we claim this boxes.

please do tell me will get the money so that i will meet the security company and inform them so they can start making preparation for the shippment of the boxes.
Thank you very much for your cooperation.

May the almighty God bless you.

Your Comrade i arm,
Suleiman.

Dear Suleiman,

So, in other words you can't be bothered to help your comrade out? I'm expected to put my trust in you and sacrifice everything I have for you, which I'm willing to do, and you can't even take 10 minutes out of your life to pick up the phone and line up a job for me in the military there?

If it absolutely has to be this week, then I could only raise maybe $3,000 so soon. I actually thought that if I made such a big sacrifice for you, that you would actually take the time to do this small favor for me. I don't even care so much about the money I would get in return after, all I want now is to be a real man once again, and see some action one last time before I go.

Frank

I desperately need to kill some rebels for you people! I've been so excited lately just thinking about it, that I can even smell their fear and taste their blood now! You've gotta do this for me, just make a few calls and see what you can do for me here, please! I would die for you comrade, and that is the best you can do for me?!

Dear Comrade Frank,

Good morning to you.
I am still waiting to hear from you.
Thanks,

Suleiman

Dear Suleiman,

I was at the Western Union office here today to send the money to the security company, but I found out there are some things that I will need from the security company in order to send them the money. I've asked them to send me these things, so hopefully I'll have them by early tomorrow.

Frank

Dear Mr. Usman Bello,

I now have an agreement with Suleiman Musa, in which I will be paying $3,000 USD towards the requested $11,500 demurrage fee to release his two boxes that your company is holding for him, and Mr. Musa will cover the remaining balance.

I was at the Western Union office here this afternoon to send the money to your company, but I found out that I require the full name of the person that will be collecting this money. Also, because the amount exceeds $1,500 CAD, and because it is being collected in Cote D'Ivoire, where there is a high rate of fraud, I was told that I will require a copy of the passport of the person who will be collecting the money. When this person collects the money, they will need to have this identification with them. Please, could you send this to me immediately?

Thank you very much for your time and cooperation.

Best regards,
Frank Rizzo

Dear Suleiman,

There were some complications with my RRSP's at the bank, so they took a little longer to cash than I had thought they would. I sent my share of the demurrage fee to the security company now, so maybe if you head over there with your share right now, you'll be able to collect the trunks now!

Dear Sir,

I wrote again to comirm the money you claimed you sent to our company through my name.
please send the payment slip through scan mail immediately.

Thanks,
Usman Bello.

Dear Mr. Usman Bello,

Please find attached a scan of the Western Union receipt of the transfer I sent to you yesterday morning. I have gone to the Western Union office here to see why you were unable to collect it, and it shows as still being in the system, but not collected yet. I hope this helps resolve this problem.

Best regards,
Frank Rizzo

ATTENTION MR FRANK,

I WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT THIS COMPANY CANNOT AND WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT THIS EMBARRASEMENT YOU ARE CAUSING TO US.YOU HAVE REDUCED MY PERSONALITY TO NOT,BY SENDING FAKE CONTROL NUMBERS AND FORGE PAYMENT SLIP.SO YOU ARE WARN TO DESEASED FROM THIS ACT OR YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO THE APPROPRAITE AUTHORITY FOR PROSECUTION.BE WARNED.

MR USMAN BELLO.

Dear Mr. Usman Bello,

Maybe if you weren't too fucking incompetent to collect a Western Union transfer, then you wouldn't be this embarrassed! Is your service really worth $11,500 if you can't even pull off this simple transfer??!! I just got back from the Western Union office here to see what the fuck the problem was, and guess what, there is no problem with it! The money is still sitting there waiting to be collected because you're to fucking useless to collect it and too busy pointing your over-paid finger at me, accusing me of sending a fake control number and receipt!!! You better get your shit together quick, because we need those boxes pronto! And if you ask me, I think we outta be shaving a few grand off of your demurrage charge there after this fucking fiasco!

Frank Rizzo

Hey there comrade, what the fuck gives??! You found some work for me in the military there yet? Christ, I haven't heard from you since I can't remember! That guy at that security company is a fucking asshole by the way!

Talk to you again soon I hope.

Frank

Frank,

I should not be blamed for not being polite in this mail.i want to tell you that you disapointed me.you made me a fool before people who have respected and trusted me.i cannot immagine you sending a fake control number and western union slip to the security company.what do you think.do you know i have lost my reputation before them.come on you would have told me you could not help me and i would have resorted to other avenue, instead of doing what you have done.i do not have much to tell you.but i thought we will always remain comrade, but let me believe that is all you coulkd do.i will stop so far.

Suleiman.

I made you a fool????!!!! You were already a fool long before you ran into me you stupid fucking waste of skin! Looks like you are the mgbada this time! Eat shit fuckhead!!

Frank
