Thanks for the photos finally, but are you sure this is the right building?? You told me in your first letter that this property is a 120m² 6 floor building. Well, for starters, there only 5 floors on this fucking thing and there's no way in hell it's 120m²!! You better check into this.

And if that's not enough, I've been seriously involved in photography for the last 25 years and I've even had my work published in a couple of major publications, but I can't say I've ever heard of a "super zoom luitra moden type honerer" before! What the fuck kind of horseshit are you trying to dump on me here??!!

I'm interested in this building though if you can sell it, but we've really got to work on that price. It's got potential, I'll say that. I'm sure I'll have no problem filling this space except for all the fuckin' clothes hanging out to dry. What's the deal with that?? I can't possibly fill this space with any big businesses with a bunch of shit-stained shorts blowin' in the wind on it! That fuckin' thing looks like it's set to sail there!! May these office borrow an old african adage which says that "in every disappointment a blessing accomapanies it". it simply means that the intial proposal of the 120 ft- 60ft. house belonging to his excellency Henry Konan Bedié was confirmed withdrawn on friday 10th.This withdrawal was a personal reason to him.it was in waiting for this withdrawl confirmations that we could not supply you the pictures on time as were awaiting clarifications.

However; the outing of the proposal brought us also a greater and greener ventures as the house at present is cheaper than the former with a measurement of 180ft- 90ft.in sq form out-let directions as in the photo at the price of 850.000 euro.(negotiable) As soon as agreement is reached on the price,we shall be expecting to recieve a confirmed date of inspection from you.

Concering the mode of payments; we hope to arrive at a favourable terms.

These office has taken enough time to meet with the owner of the house concerning your worries over the current tenants /occupants. He made it clear to us that his house is for sale and that the last rentage contrat agreement expired on the 27th Jan 2004 of which he has not signed any new rentage contrat agreement with any of the tenants / occupants again. he has equally issued a quit notice to all the tenants / occupants which expired on the 31st Aug 2004. some of them has left while most of the front appartment is still living under "Grace" of which they will surrender their keys of the appartments on demand.
It all depends on you to enter on a new rentage contrat agreement with them or not.
Mr frank Rizzo, i confirm and give you my words as the air has carried it to you.The building in the photo is the one for sale at the price of 850.000.00 euro.
If i may borrow these words from you " I can certainly agree to that price" .
well ; as i has earlier said; upon acceptance of the price we will be waiting for a confimed date of inspection.
